VANILLA RICE CREAM
3 and ½ glasses of milk, ¼ of a glass of sugar, 1 vanilla pod, 3 or 4 glasses of Arborio rice, ¼ of a glass of cream, cinnamom.
Pour milk, sugar and vanilla in a medium size bowl, boil and stir, every now and then.
Add rice, slowly, cover the bowl and stir, for about 40 minutes, until rice is soft and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Take vanilla pod away and pour cream in a bowl, dust with some cinnamom.
Serve hot, plain or with some season fruit.
