FEIJOADA
2 cups of rice, a pinch of salt, 1 spoon of butter, 1 cup of beans ( black or red ), 4 spoons of olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 1 bay leaf, pepper.
Place butter,salt and rice in a pan and brown, then add some water and leave it to cook.
Wash the beans, you soaked over the past night, and boil them, until they are well cooked.
Apart, in a pan, heat oil, and brown garlic and onion.
Add cooked beans, a glass of water, salt and pepper.
Stir, add bay and leave to cook for some time.
Serve rice, with beans soup, when they are still hot.
