PRESERVATION

An old popular saying states that the best rice is old rice freshly milled.
It is extremely important to store rice under the correct conditions, and to arrange the storage so as not to use freshly reaped rice.

This is an unadulterated and delicate product and should be treated with the same care as a good wine. The surroundings should be airy and not humid, and the temperature not greater than 17°C. As it absorbs moisture and odours its proximity to odourous products is to be avoided.
